Are you passionate about working with children and making a difference in your community? At BC Aquatics, we’re always looking for motivated, positive, and dependable individuals to join our team of swim instructors.
As a swim instructor, you’ll play an important role in helping children build confidence, learn essential water safety skills, and develop a lifelong love for swimming. Whether you have prior teaching experience or a strong swimming background and a willingness to learn, we provide guidance and support to help you succeed.

Enthusiastic and patient with children of all ages
Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
Comfortable in the water and confident in their swimming ability
Passionate about teaching and making a positive impact
