These sessions are with Geneva at Erik Ramstad Middle School
During the intermediate sessions, children will learn:
An introduction to all four strokes: Freestyle, Backstroke, Breaststroke, and Butterfly
A Successful backfloat
The ability to obtain the wall from various angles
How to do a flip over (a skill where they will be placed on their back and have to flip over and swim to obtain the wall)
How to do a roll over (a skill where they swim to the instructor)'
How to successfully swim, float, swim
How to tread water for 10 seconds
